Mr M Arrasu is the Principle Consultant and Executive Chairman of QCS. He is a Business (accounting major) graduate from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. He also holds a law degree from the University of London and is a Company Secretary, licensed by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).

Mr Arrasu was formerly the Head of Business Advisory Services of Deloitte (Malaysia office), the local member firm of Deloitte, one of the global "Big 4" professional firms and he is one of the most experienced consultants in the country in this area of business, having advised more than 400 multinational companies in Malaysia.
